Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning spiritual energy.  Reiki is a form of energy to encourage the healing of the body, mind, amotions and spirit, enabling a feeling of peace and harmony.  The purpose of Reiki is to supply the body with additional energy which it can use for healing itself.  Reiki can be used safely regardless of whatever illness the receiver is suffering from, but you should always seek the advice of a specialist doctor in addition to any Reiki you receive.  Reiki makes no diagnoses and is intended to be used as a complimentary healing method.

Swedish Massage

As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body.  This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.  But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation.  The five main techniques used in Swedish massage are stroking and gliding, kneading, rubbing, tapping or pounding and vibration.

Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for:

Increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension and reducing emotional and physical stress.
